Common questions.

What is Inbox Zero?
Inbox Zero is a productivity approach popularized by Merlin Mann where you process every email out of your inbox — by replying, archiving, deleting, or deferring — instead of letting them pile up. The "zero" refers to attention spent on email, not the literal email count.
How is the Inbox Zero Score calculated?
A weighted blend of inbox volume, check frequency, newsletter discipline, time since last Inbox Zero, and how you handle promotional emails. Each answer contributes 0–25 points for a total out of 100.
Is my email data sent anywhere?
No. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored, sent, or shared until you choose to connect Gmail and install MailSweeper.
What's a "good" Inbox Zero Score?
Above 60 puts you ahead of most Gmail users. Above 80 means your inbox is in the top 10%. Below 40 typically means email is acting as a part-time job — automation usually pays back the same week.
