Common questions.
- Can I remove someone from my family plan?
- Yes — from Settings you can remove a covered email at any time and add a different one in its place. Their access ends immediately; your billing doesn’t change.
- What if someone in my family already pays for Mail Sweeper?
- That’s fine — any one valid plan grants access, so nothing breaks. They can cancel their own subscription and stay covered by your family plan instead.
- Does the family plan work on mobile?
- Yes. Covered family members get exactly the same access as any paying customer, on the web and in the mobile app — they just sign in with their own Google account.
- Can the plan owner see everyone’s email?
- No. Each inbox stays completely separate. The owner only sees which email addresses are covered — never anyone’s messages, senders, or stats.
